MedBodh Medical Education | Updated 28 October 2026 | Official notices dated 24 October 2026
Two distinct notices on the NBEMS notice board are relevant to PG trainees and candidates: “Grievance Redressal Mechanism for NBEMS Trainees and Institutions” and “Advisory & Instructions for Reporting/Joining of NBEMS Seats allotted through NEET PG AIQ 2026 Counseling conducted by MCC.” The notices address different stages of the training pathway. Candidates should use the actual PDFs and institutional instructions for binding procedures.
At a glance
- Official listing date for both notices: 24 October 2026.
- NEET PG 2026 Round 1 final allotment was published by MCC on 24 October 2026.
- The NBEMS joining advisory applies to its seats allotted through MCC; it should not be assumed to cover every MD/MS or state-counselling seat identically.
- The grievance mechanism concerns trainees and institutions; it is not automatically a means to alter an MCC allotment or bypass deadlines.
Which authority deals with which problem?
| Issue | First place to check |
|---|---|
| AIQ allotment, eligibility, counselling schedule | MCC official counselling portal and allotment letter |
| Joining instructions for an NBEMS-accredited seat | NBEMS 24 October joining advisory plus allotted hospital |
| Training-related grievance after joining | NBEMS grievance mechanism and hospital’s designated channels |
| Admission documentation or local processing | Allotted institute and the competent counselling authority |
Reporting and joining checklist
- Download the final allotment result and your individual allotment letter from the official portal. Confirm programme, institute, category, and allotted seat.
- Check the current reporting window; do not treat a summary website or earlier tentative schedule as the final authority.
- Contact the allotted institute for document-verification arrangements, applicable fees, original records, identity checks and joining procedures.
- For NBEMS seats, read the 24 October advisory to understand any additional registration/joining steps specified in that document.
- Keep acknowledgement, fee receipt, joining proof and communication records. Report an error promptly using the designated authority, with relevant non-sensitive evidence.
When filing a grievance
Describe a specific issue, its date, the institute or programme concerned, previous correspondence and requested resolution. Retain acknowledgement or tracking details. Do not publicly share application numbers, IDs, patient records or personal documents. A grievance is not proof of an approved extension or automatic change to allotment.
What is not established by these notices alone?
These listings do not independently establish a new NEET PG 2027 exam date, revised qualifying percentile, automatic seat upgrade, or extension of every institute’s joining deadline. Those would require a separate official notification.
