Update date: 1 October 2026 | Source: NBEMS
At a Glance
- NBEMS listed a new notice titled “Scorecard and Answer Key of NEET-PG 2026” on 1 October 2026.
- The NEET-PG 2026 result had earlier been declared on 24 September 2026.
- Candidates should use only official NBEMS portals and notices for scorecard/answer-key related information.
- Downloaded scorecards and related documents should be preserved for counselling and admission processes.
What has changed?
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has added the official Scorecard and Answer Key of NEET-PG 2026 notice to its examination notice board dated 1 October 2026. This follows the declaration of the NEET-PG 2026 result on 24 September 2026.
What candidates should do
- Open the official NBEMS website and locate the NEET-PG 2026 notice.
- Check the scorecard details carefully, including name, roll number and score-related information displayed in the official document.
- Keep a PDF and an offline backup of the scorecard.
- Do not rely on screenshots, social-media forwards or unofficial “rank predictor” pages as substitutes for the official record.
- Continue checking NBEMS and MCC/state counselling portals separately because examination results and counselling schedules are issued by different authorities.
Important distinction: scorecard vs counselling
Release of a scorecard or answer key does not itself constitute a counselling schedule or seat allotment. Candidates should separately follow the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for applicable All India counselling and the relevant state/competent authority for state counselling.
What to preserve
It is sensible to keep copies of the NEET-PG scorecard, admit card, identity documents, MBBS qualification documents, internship-related documents and registration documents ready. Exact counselling-document requirements should be checked from the official counselling authority once the relevant schedule and information bulletin are issued.
