NEET PG 2026 Post-Result Counselling Checklist

Label: Evergreen NEET PG Preparation Update. Status checked: 26 September 2026. Last reviewed: 26 September 2026.

Key points

NBEMS declared NEET-PG 2026 results on 24 September 2026.
No fresh MCC PG counselling schedule was visible on the official MCC PG page when this article was reviewed.
Do not act on unofficial round dates, seat matrices or payment links.

This is not a new counselling-date announcement. It is a preparation checklist for the current 2026 cycle so candidates can organise documents while waiting for the MCC or state counselling authority to publish the official schedule.

First: download and verify the NBEMS record

Use only the NBEMS website and candidate login.
Check name, roll number, application ID, score, percentile/rank information and category details.
Save the PDF and keep an offline backup. A screenshot should not replace the original downloadable document.
Raise discrepancies only through the official NBEMS communication channel shown in the notice/portal.

Counselling-readiness folder

Keep originals and legible copies of the NEET-PG result/scorecard, admit card, MBBS degree or provisional certificate, internship completion proof, permanent/provisional medical registration, photo identity, date-of-birth proof, recent photographs and the documents required for the category or quota you actually claim. Requirements vary by MCC, state and institute.

Category, PwBD and NRI claims

A certificate is useful only if it is issued by the competent authority, in the prescribed format and within the validity period specified for the relevant counselling. NRI conversion or sponsorship conditions must be checked against the exact MCC notice for the round; do not reuse an old-cycle checklist without verification.

How to avoid false notices

Check the URL domain before downloading a PDF.
Match the notice date, reference number and issuing authority.
Confirm the same notice appears in the official news/events section.
Never pay counselling fees through a link forwarded on messaging apps.

What is known and uncertain

The result is official. The precise MCC registration dates, round-wise seat matrix, reporting windows and state schedules remain authority-dependent until formally published. MedBodh will not present a predicted date as an official date.
